Nicole Mamprejew

The Osteoporosis page was proudly made by Nicole Mamprejew. She is graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University in May of 2018 with dual degrees in Biology and Psychology, and will be attending the UCF College of Medicine in hopes of becoming a surgeon. She has worked as a teaching assistant in the Chemistry Department and the Whitaker Center for STEM Education, as well as held multiple leadership positions, most notably her concurrent presidencies in the Cancer Research Program and the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. She has served her local community by working and volunteering at the Bonita Community Health Center, as well as teaching high school students about the biology of cancer. Her most memorable college experience was watching open-heart surgery, one of the many experiences that led her to pursue a career in medicine.

Nicole is graduating with honors from the FGCU Honors College, the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, the Psy Chi Psychology Honor Society, the Tri-Beta Biology Honor Society, and as an inductee of the 2018 FGCU Hall of Fame, the highest honor at the university. In her spare time she likes biking, painting, and napping at the pool under palm trees.
